REFUND POLICY
All events organised by MYOF or on behalf of our event partners will observe strict policies stated here based on types of events and purchases made via MYOF’s website. Should there be additional rules and regulations published specifically for an event, these additional rules will supersede the general guidelines stated in this refund policy, or will be included as addition to this policy.
Note that circumstances beyond the control of conference organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and / topics. Therefore, MYOF reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the event website as soon as possible. Where MYOF offers non-tangible irrevocable services, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any services at our website. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place.
THEREFORE, WE DO HONOUR REQUESTS FOR REFUND OR TRANSFER OF SERVICES TO A THIRD PARTY WHERE THE FOLLOWING REASONS APPLY:
For ticket purchases or any event that includes food and beverages:
No refund shall be given once purchases / bookings have been made with payment. You may email us at should you wish to transfer your purchase(s) to a third party at no cost prior to the event. Notification period for such transfers shall be stipulated in the rules and regulations of each individual event, which will be published during the registration period.
For all competitions, festivals, conferences, workshop events:
You may cancel your registration after payment has been made with partial refund provided that:

- Notification of cancellation must be made via email to the organizer at least 14 days prior to the start of the event, or by the closing date of event’s registration or whichever is earlier. Failure to do so, no refund will be entertained.

- A valid reason for cancellation, i.e. sickness, family emergencies etc. The decision of the organiser to grant the refund will be based from case-by-case basis and documented proof may be requested by the organiser to facilitate the approval.

- A processing fee of 30% of fees paid will be retained for refund approved if request is made before the closing date of event’s registration

- If partial refund is approved, a processing fee of 50% of fees paid will be retained for refund approved if request is made after the closing date of event’s registration.

- No refund will be given for cancellation within 14 days to the event, or no show at the event.

- Approved refunds will only be transferred back to participant’s bank account to be provided by participant within 30 days from the acknowledgment email with approval.
- For conferences and workshops, a substitute attendee is permitted provided that participant notify the organiser via email before the closing date of each event. If a substitute attendee attends the event with less than 14 days notification or without any notification from the participant, no certificate of attendance will be provided to the substitute attendee unless requested, with a fee of RM10 per certificate ( not inclusive of postage).
PAYMENT POLICY
Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Payments not received 10 business days after the registration form is submitted will result in cancellation due to incomplete registration. Substitutions for registered attendees may be made according to the rules above (For conference and workshop events only). It is the responsibility of applicants to email the organiser with their payment or bank-in receipt once payment has been fully made, including the name of the payee and participant.

MYOF offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SECTION 3 – REFUND FOR FRAUDULENT / DUPLICATE TRANSACTION(S)
The User shall directly contact MYOF for any fraudulent transaction(s) on account of misuse of Card / Bank details by a fraudulent individual / party and such issues shall be suitably addressed by MYOF alone in line with their policies and rules.
SECTION 4 – SEVER SLOW DOWN / SESSION TIMEOUT
In case the Website or Payment Service Provider’s webpage, that is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server related issues like ‘slow down’ or ‘failure’ or ‘session timeout’, the User shall, before initiating the second payment, check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not, and accordingly resort to one of the following options:
- In case the Bank Account appears to be debited, ensure that he / she does not make the payment twice and immediately thereafter contact MYOF via e‐mail or
any other mode of contact as provided by MYOF to confirm payment. - In the event that the Bank Account is not debited, the User may initiate a fresh transaction to make payment.
- The User agrees that under no circumstances the Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be held responsible for such fraudulent/duplicate transactions and hence no claims should be raise to Payment Gateway Service Provider.
SECTION 5 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject availability.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
Payment for attending our events is not refundable, but transferable to another participant with prior permission from the organizer(s). Such transfer is subject to additional terms and conditions of the events with stipulated datelines for such, and may incur additional administrative cost (if any) which may be payable in advance upon advised, or at the door of the event.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 10 – ATTENDING EVENTS PURCHASED
When registering and paying for any events offered on our website, while attending the events, we reserve the right to all the official photographs taken by us or our representative for any promotional or publicity usage without compensation or notifications.
Materials brought into our events has to be original copies of materials such as books or published materials. No photocopies of materials are allowed to be brought into our events unless prior permission has been given by the organizer(s) in writing for a very specific purpose. Any unauthorized copies of materials will be confiscated on site.
SECTION 11 – PROHIBITED USES
